These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of the Nuti website and online store, including the purchase of products offered through the website.
The website and online store are operated by Nuti Grupp OÜ, an Estonian company ("Nuti", "we", "us" or "our").
By accessing our website, placing an order or otherwise using our services, you agree to these Terms, together with our Privacy Policy, Shipping Policy and Refund & Returns Policy.
If you do not agree with these Terms, please do not use our website or purchase products from us.
These Terms are intended to apply to customers purchasing products for personal use. If you are purchasing products on behalf of a business or for commercial resale, please contact us before placing an order.
1. About Nuti
Nuti is an online retailer specialising in Rubik's Cubes, speedcubing equipment, accessories and related products.
Our online store is operated using Shopify, which provides the ecommerce infrastructure that allows us to display our products, process orders and provide our online shopping services.
Any purchase made through our online store is a transaction between you and Nuti Grupp OÜ. Shopify is our ecommerce platform provider and is not the seller of the products offered through our store.
2. Eligibility and Use of the Website
You may use our website only for lawful purposes and in accordance with these Terms.
By using our website or placing an order, you confirm that the information you provide is accurate and complete and that you have the legal capacity required to enter into a purchase agreement under the laws applicable to you.
Our products are intended primarily for personal and household use. We reserve the right to refuse or cancel orders where we have reasonable grounds to believe that products are being purchased for unlawful purposes, fraudulent activity or unauthorised commercial resale.

We make reasonable efforts to ensure that product descriptions, specifications, photographs and other information displayed on our website are accurate and up to date.
However, the appearance of products, particularly colours, may vary depending on your screen, device settings and other technical factors.

5. Orders and Contract Formation
When you place an order through our website, you submit an offer to purchase the selected products.
After submitting your order, you will receive an order confirmation by email confirming that we have received your order.
The purchase contract is formed when your order is accepted and the products are confirmed for fulfilment.
We reserve the right to refuse or cancel an order in reasonable circumstances, including where:

If an obvious pricing error occurs on our website, we may correct the error and, where legally permitted, cancel an affected order. If payment has already been made, the amount paid will be refunded.

Promotional offers, discount codes and other special offers may be subject to additional terms.
Unless otherwise stated, promotional offers cannot be combined with other discounts.
We reserve the right to end or modify promotional campaigns in accordance with applicable law.

We currently accept payment methods made available through our checkout, which may include:

9. Shipping and Delivery
We ship orders from Estonia using shipping providers and delivery services available for the selected destination.
Our primary shipping partners may include Omniva and SmartPosti.
Orders are normally processed and dispatched within 1–2 business days after successful payment confirmation.
Estimated delivery times and applicable shipping charges are displayed during checkout or described in our Shipping Policy.
Delivery times are estimates and may be affected by circumstances outside our reasonable control, including carrier delays, severe weather, transportation disruptions, customs procedures and other unforeseen events.

Nothing in these Terms excludes or limits any rights you may have under applicable consumer protection legislation.
10. Delivery Address
You are responsible for providing a complete and accurate delivery address.
If you provide incorrect or incomplete delivery information and the shipment cannot be delivered as a result, additional shipping costs may apply where permitted by law.

We will make reasonable efforts to correct the information before dispatch, but cannot guarantee that changes will be possible after an order has been shipped.
11. Right of Withdrawal
If you are a consumer within the European Economic Area and purchase products from us online, you generally have a statutory 14-day right of withdrawal.
You may withdraw from the purchase contract without providing a reason within 14 days from the day on which you, or a third party designated by you other than the carrier, receives the goods.
If an order consists of multiple goods delivered separately, the withdrawal period generally begins when the final goods are received.

Where legally permitted, we may delay the refund until we have received the returned goods or you have provided evidence that they have been sent back.
The refund will normally be made using the same payment method used for the original transaction unless another method has been agreed.

You may handle the goods to the extent necessary to establish their nature, characteristics and functionality.
However, if the value of the goods has decreased because they have been handled beyond what is reasonably necessary to inspect them, we may be entitled to compensation for that decrease in value to the extent permitted by applicable law.
Products should therefore be returned in a condition that allows them to be resold where reasonably possible.
