Kaur Tuule custom RS3M V5 (Ball-core version)

This MoYu RS3M V5 3x3 cube is oiled and set up in exactly the same way as Kaur Tuule’s competition cube, with which he has set five 3x3 and two 3x3 one-handed Estonian records! Set-up by Kaur himself!

When taken out of the box, the cube needs to be turned for approx. 10 minutes to allow the oil to distribute evenly throughout the cube.

The MoYu RS3M V5 3x3 is a top-of-the-range cube. It offers smooth and fast turning, as it utilises Maglev magnetic technology, which eliminates the need for the springs found in classic cubes. It features a ball-core – a spherical structure at the centre of the cube that helps improve stability whilst turning. The model’s 9-stage dual-adjustment system allows for more precise tuning of the cube’s springiness; it features 55-degree corner-cutting and 35-degree reverse corner-cutting.

The cube has a UV-coated surface, which improves grip. It has a lightweight construction and incorporates micro-strong magnets and an anti-pop mechanism.

21-time Estonian speedcubing champion Kaur Tuule has set five 3x3 and two one-handed 3x3 Estonian records with this model. These include Estonia’s first-ever sub-5-second solve, which is also the current Estonian record (4.76 seconds).
